Research into perioperative care is more important now than ever as increasingly more surgery is being offered to higher risk patients who have multiple medical conditions & are more vulnerable to complications after surgery & critical care admission.

 

Critical care research is fundamental to the growth & maturity of the specialty for the development of best evidence practice, new therapies & technologies.
