Our vision is that the Trust will establish itself as an integrated trust which is recognised for its research & innovation activity.

 

At the core of this vision is the fostering of a culture in which research & innovation are embedded in routine clinical practice & the creation of an environment in which research findings lead to sustained improvements in the quality of patient care. This approach is underpinned by the Research & Innovation Department strategy.
